A third generation entrepreneur and broker, Noshir began his 4 decades’ long career in London as a soft commodity trader. Returning to India in 1986, he set up the Group’s client business. Subsequently, Noshir started the NSE division at DBS Capital Markets as a cofounder in the first round of NSE membership award to establish DBS Capital Markets as one of the first NSE members. Under his leadership, KSL was one of the first few brokers to receive CDSL membership and one of the first CDSL members to become operational. Noshir led the diversification of KSL’s service offerings into institutional business, investment banking, and financial products distribution, enabling the company to emerge as a full-service financial solutions provider.

Sunil began his career in his family’s B2G industrials business and subsequently entered the financial sector into sales of insurance and other financial products. With over 3 decades’ experience in the capital markets, he has a keen interest in behavioural finance. A thought leader in investing and equities, Sunil is a regular commentator on the markets, macroeconomics and geopolitics across the print and electronic media. He believes in democratisation of wealth and has been spearheading KSL’s mutual fund distribution business besides leading the organisation as its chief executive. Working alongside the CMD, Sunil led the diversification of KSL’s business into an institutional desk, investment banking, and financial products distribution.

A former Director of Finance at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Fortune 500 company, Sudhir has over 40 years’ experience in the oil & gas sector and capital markets. Besides heading the finance function, Sudhir led Information Technology and Investor Relations at BPCL. Having extensively dealt with global and domestic institutional investors for over two decades, he has closely followed the investment process of Foreign Institutional Investors including pension funds in terms of their management of long-term investments. Sudhir was instrumental in formulating BPCL’s risk management policy and setting up the derivatives desk for hedging refining margins. He is a Chartered Accountant and MBA from the University of Hull, UK. A former Director on the Board of KSL, Sudhir acts a mentor to the company in corporate strategy and planning.

Fathima has over 13 years’ experience, principally into the capital markets and equity research. After training with a pharmaceutical company as a product manager, Fathima joined the LSE-listed independent equity research firm IIR Group Plc, where she gained experience as a research analyst specialising in the Pharmaceutical sector. Fathima heads Mutual Fund Distribution at KSL whilst also leading the Pharma sector in Institutional Research. Fathima obtained a BSc degree in Microbiology from Mumbai University and an MBA in Biotechnology Business Management from the South Indian Education Society College of Management Studies. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Market from the Indian Institute of Capital Markets. Fathima is an NISM-certified Research Analyst.

Ritwik has 20 years’ experience in research, consulting, investment banking, corporate finance advisory, capital markets, and knowledge services. Before his current stint at KSL, he founded Impaxsus, a development and sustainability consulting firm. Earlier, Ritwik set up the Indian subsidiary and research practice at the LSE-listed independent equity research firm IIR Group Plc, leading the research team and India operations with a GBP 2 mn P&L as Country Head. He has consulted in projects funded by the World Bank Group, UNCDF, Government of India, ITC, Indian Oil, Bandhan Bank, Vodafone, Mahindra & Mahindra and other large corporations. At KSL, Ritwik currently heads business development, valuation advisory, and research for merchant banking, having led institutional research in the past. Ritwik is an MBA from IISWBM Kolkata and MSc in Economics & Econometrics from Calcutta University.

Chandan has 6 years’ experience in merchant banking during which he has managed a number of IPOs and over 100 different transactions including valuation of securities and businesses. After working 3 years with Sarthi Group, a leading investment banking and financial services company, Chandan joined KSL in 2017. His current role includes due diligence, liaising with regulators such as SEBI, RBI and stock exchanges, and issue management. Chandan is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Commerce Graduate from the University of Delhi.
